Registration of an AIFM and AIF in Bulgaria
WPL lawyers assisted in the incorporation, registration and approval by the Bulgarian FSC of an AIFM and AIF.

WPL provided assistance coordinating the AIFM and the AIF’s establishment, in particular:
- advising on the appropriate type of corporate vehicle for the AIFM and the AIF and preparing the required incorporation documents;
- drafting the required internal documentation of the AIFM and the AIF (including Investment Policy; Data Protection Rules; Prevention of Money Laundering Rules;
- documentation relating to decision-making, etc.).
WPL further advised the applicant on their authorisation application to the FSC.
The approval granted by the FSC allows for the Alternative Investment Fund Manager to manage the AIF and allows the AIF to operate.
